Data deletion

We use our own software to publish to, and read messages and comments from, our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and Google Business Profile accounts. Through that we may hold your public profile name, the text of a comment or message you sent us, and the time you sent it. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for advertising.

To have it deleted

Email info@acousticpixel.co.uk from the address you want us to act on, or message us on the platform you used, and say "delete my data". We will delete every comment, message and profile detail we hold that relates to you within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Deleting our copy does not remove anything from the platform itself; use the platform's own tools for that.

Facebook and Instagram users

If you remove our app from your account (Facebook Settings → Apps and websites), Meta sends us a deletion request automatically and we act on it the same way.
