- Why not just buy a mesh Wi-Fi system?
- A mesh system can help a small or simple home, but it bridges itself over Wi-Fi rather than wired connections, so it shares the same airspace it's trying to extend. In a larger home, a busy household, or a smart home with cameras and AV, it runs out of capacity. A professionally installed network wires each access point back to a central point, which is what delivers the full coverage and reliability a mesh kit can't match. We size and design it for your property rather than selling you a box.
- Can you fix Wi-Fi dead spots in a large or older house?
- Yes. Large homes, thick walls, multiple floors and outbuildings are exactly what a professional network is for. We survey the property to find where coverage fails and why, then place wired access points so a single Wi-Fi network reaches every room, the garden and any annexe or loft, with no dead spots and no switching networks as you move around.
- Do I need network cabling, or is Wi-Fi enough?
- Good Wi-Fi depends on good cabling. We run structured cabling (Cat6 and above) to each access point, TV point and AV location, so the wireless coverage is carried by a reliable wired backbone rather than depending on devices relaying to each other. The wiring is what makes the Wi-Fi dependable. The two aren't alternatives.
- Can you install a network in a home I already live in?
- Yes. Most existing homes can be upgraded with minimal disruption. We survey the property, find the cleanest cable routes, and bring an older home up to handling and distributing large amounts of data throughout. New builds and renovations are simpler still, because cabling can run while the walls are open.

- We build on Ubiquiti UniFi commercial-grade hardware: access points, managed switches and routers. It's the same professional platform our CCTV, door access and smart home systems run on. It's reliable, it can be monitored and supported remotely, and it's designed to carry a whole home rather than a single room.
