Whole-home control
Lighting, heating, blinds, audio, security and door access. Every system, every room, one interface.
Your home, designed alongside your architect. Integrated into every room. Built to disappear into the way you live.
Whole-home automation for new builds, major renovations and high-end residential projects across the UK. Lighting, heating, blinds, audio, cinema and security, all on one system.
You walk in. The lights are already at the level you want, for the hour you're home. The blinds adjusted before you noticed the sun. Music follows you to the kitchen. At bedtime, one press dims the house, arms the alarm and locks every door.
A Premium home isn't a smart home. It's a home that disappears the technology and leaves you with the way you live.
Every system, every room, one interface. The point is not how much it does, but how little you have to think about it.

A dedicated home cinema, woven into the rest of the system. One scene-press transitions the room.
Specified at RIBA Stage 3 to 4. Coordinated with your architect, interior designer and M&E consultant from design through to handover.
Three phases, and the whole point is that they run alongside the build rather than after it.
Written system design, coordinated with your architect and M&E consultant. Signed off as part of the build documentation.
First-fix cabling during the structural phase, second-fix devices once decoration is complete. Aligned with the contractor's programme.
Programming reflects how the house has been laid out. Walk-through, documentation and aftercare, for the life of the system.
Smart home work specified at RIBA Stage 3 costs far less than retrofitting the same specification later. We work with your architect from design through to handover.
Renovation is the cleanest window for Premium work. Cable runs while ceilings are open, switch positions while plasterwork is being designed.
Older Crestron, early KNX, first-generation Control4. Most can be replaced in place. The first fix stays; the control comes up to current generation.
A complete whole-home package built for your property: the five foundations every Premium home is built on, being networking, security, heating, lighting and whole-home control. Cinema, blinds and specialist audio integrate on top.
Including design, installation and programming

Adding cinema, blinds and specialist audio, most projects sit between £25,000 and £50,000. Architect-led bespoke projects with specialist zones run from £50,000. Larger homes and unusual layouts are quoted as a custom package. All prices include VAT, system design, programming and installation.
Our Middlesbrough showroom has working Premium installations across multiple rooms: Lutron lighting, integrated cinema, multi-zone audio, full Control4 control. The fastest way to know what Premium feels like is to experience it.
Demonstration rooms also in Yorkshire, London, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Hampshire.
The cost difference between specifying smart home at design stage and retrofitting after completion is typically 30 to 60 percent of the system cost. That is the whole argument for involving us early.
RIBA-stage drawings, structural coordination, agreed finishes. We attend design team meetings rather than turning up at second fix.
In-house engineers, not subcontractors, so the system specified is the system installed and the system supported.
Platforms chosen so the next generation of control drops onto the same first fix, rather than needing the house opened again.

Premium projects begin with a conversation, not a quote. The earlier we're involved, the less the technology costs you in drawings, programme and compromise.
