Our partners create remarkable spaces.
Supported by our AV expertise, discreet technology solutions and reliable project assistance.
- 01
Avoid costly AV rework
BCIS reports coordination issues contribute to up to 15 percent of project overruns. Our early-stage AV planning integrates into your workflow, preventing rework and keeping your schedule protected.
- 02
Preserve your design vision
Houzz UK shows 60 percent of homeowners prefer clean, cable-free aesthetics. We deliver hidden speakers, discreet controls and design-led AV that enhance your concept rather than interrupt it.
- 03
Meet rising client demand
RIBA highlights that smart features and integrated AV are now expected in over half of new residential projects. We translate client technology demands into practical, design-safe solutions, so you can say yes confidently while we handle the technical load.
- 04
Reduce on-site risk through certified delivery
CEDIA identifies late technology decisions as a major cause of on-site delays. Our THX-trained, manufacturer-certified team ensures smooth installation, structured commissioning and reliable handover, safeguarding your reputation.
- 05
Remove the post-handover technology burden
Houzz Pro reports designers lose project time managing client technology questions. We provide 12 months of complimentary support, so your clients receive expert help directly and your studio stays free to focus on new work.

Exclusive access to our in-house speaker manufacturing.
Acoustic Pixel are different to other AV integrators. We work with world-class brands, but we have also spent years creating our own range of high-performance speakers. We manufacture our own custom soundbars, speakers and subwoofers in the UK, which gives you the unique ability to customise the appearance and finish of the speakers.
Our speakers can be crafted to complement the environment they are installed in. Not only can we be flexible with sizes, but also with the aesthetic look of the speaker. We can finish a speaker in the same wood, varnish or stain you have chosen for the cabinetry or the furniture.

Specifying AV, answered.
- When should AV and smart technology be considered within a project?
- Ideally during the early design or planning stages. Early collaboration allows us to advise on infrastructure, speaker placement, screen positioning, networking and equipment locations before construction begins. This helps avoid last-minute compromises and ensures technology integrates naturally within the design. Specify AV at RIBA stage 2 and it designs in; specify it at fit-out and it retrofits.
- Do you work directly with architects and interior designers?
- Yes, and it is a distinct way of working rather than the same job with a different client. We act as your integration partner: we attend design meetings, coordinate with you, the main contractor and the other trades at first and second fix, and issue documentation formatted to the RIBA work stages so it drops into your drawings and schedules. You keep the client relationship throughout.
- Can technology be integrated without affecting the design aesthetic?
- Yes, and that is most of the work. Speakers can be plastered into a wall or ceiling and painted over so nothing shows at all, screens can be concealed, and control can come down to a single flush keypad instead of a wall of switches. The constraint is not whether it can be hidden, it is whether we know early enough: a cavity depth or a cable route is free at design stage and expensive at second fix.
- What types of projects do you typically support?
- Six-figure residential refurbishments and new builds, across home cinema, media walls, whole-home smart control, multi-room audio, lighting, networking and security. We work UK-wide from our Middlesbrough HQ, and demonstrations can be arranged in Middlesbrough, Yorkshire, London, Surrey, Hertfordshire and Hampshire.
- Do you provide technical drawings and system planning?
- Yes. Full design drawings, AV schematics, specification sheets and system design documentation, issued to the RIBA work stages. That includes the things that constrain your drawings rather than ours: cavity depths, cable schedules, containment, ventilation and power requirements.
- What brands and systems do you typically work with?
- We are independent, so the specification serves the project rather than a single manufacturer's range. In practice we work most often with Control4 and Lutron for control and lighting, Ubiquiti for networking, Sonos and Lithe Audio for multi-room audio, Sonance and Amina for architectural and invisible speakers, and JVC and Sony for projection. We also manufacture our own speakers, which is what makes bespoke finishes possible.
- Can your systems be upgraded or expanded in the future?
- Yes, and we design for it. The infrastructure is sized above the day-one requirement, so zones, sources and rooms can be added later without revisiting the fabric of the building. That is one of the strongest arguments for getting the cabling and network right during the build.
- What support do you provide after installation?
- 12 months of complimentary support for your client after handover, so technology questions come to us rather than to your studio. Systems are monitored and can be updated remotely, so most issues are resolved without a site visit, and longer-term support arrangements are available beyond the first year.
