Something not working?

Tell us what is happening and we will pick it up. Most things we can look at remotely, often the same day, and where we do need to come out we will tell you when before we book it. If your system is completely down, calling is quicker than typing.

Report a problem

Tell us what is happening.

The more you can tell us up front, the more likely we can fix it without a visit.

We will confirm we have it and tell you what happens next.

Need it sorted today?

Call 01642 903907. We are here monday to Friday 8:30 to 5, Saturday 9 to 2.

Already have a portal login?

Sign in instead. You will see every request you have raised, where each one has got to, and any messages from us, all in one place.

Before you send
  • Has there been a power cut or a broadband change?
  • Is it one room or the whole house?
  • Any lights or messages on the equipment?
  • Did it ever work, or is this since day one?
Common questions

Before you ask.

How quickly will you come back to me?

Support requests are picked up on working days, Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5 and Saturday 9 to 2. We will confirm we have your report and tell you what happens next. If something is completely down and you need it sorted the same day, call us on 01642 903907 rather than using this form.

Do I need to be an existing client?

This form is meant for systems we installed or look after. If we have not worked with you before, we can often still help, though we will usually need to survey the system first. Send it through and we will tell you honestly either way.

Is support chargeable?

Anything covered by warranty or by a care plan is not. Where a visit falls outside that, we will tell you what it will cost before we book anything, never after.

Can I see the progress of my request?

Yes, if you have a client portal login. The portal shows every ticket you have raised, its status and any messages from us. Requests raised through this form appear there too once we have matched them to your account.

What information helps you most?

What has stopped working, when it started, and whether anything changed just before it, such as a power cut, a broadband swap or new furniture. Any lights or messages on the equipment are useful too. It often saves a visit.
