Because the Lakes is a distance from our base, we make it easy: we start with a free consultation at your property or by video, design the system around it, and handle the install in planned visits rather than endless call-outs. Much of the ongoing support is done remotely, which suits a property you are not always in. Our showroom at Mandale Park has everything set up and running and is around two hours away, with the A66 over the Pennines slow in winter, so seeing it is an option, in person or by online walkthrough, never a requirement.

The Lake District needs little introduction: England's largest national park and a UNESCO World Heritage landscape of lakes and fells that has drawn people for centuries, from Wordsworth at Grasmere to Beatrix Potter near Hawkshead, and a place of exceptional homes, from lakeside houses and converted farmsteads to country properties tucked into the valleys. It is also a place of second homes and holiday lets, beautiful properties that are loved but not always lived in, and that ask something particular of their technology.
We work across Cumbria, from Penrith and Ullswater in the east to Keswick, Windermere, Ambleside and Kendal, and the rural homes in between. - Do I have to visit your showroom?
- No. For Lake District projects we come to you, and seeing the showroom is entirely optional, in person or through an online walkthrough. The showroom, at Mandale Park near Middlesbrough, has everything we install set up and running, and you are welcome to visit if you would like to experience it first-hand, but it is never a requirement. Most Lakes projects start with a consultation by phone or video.
